The CYL Kindergarten girls program will be a fun introductory to lacrosse. The main goal of the kindergarten program is to introduce the girls to the sport of lacrosse while providing fun games for them to learn the basics, have fun and burn some much needed energy. Girls will learn the basics of catching, throwing, ground balls and play fun games. The Kindergarten Program will run once a week on Saturday mornings. Exact times to be determined and will work with the town soccer schedule. 

Girls need Sticks, Goggles, Mouthguards. Good Sport on 3A Offers a great starter pack.
